.. im an american consumer, please lie and mis-direct me to make your low level employees make it look as though your corporation is succeeding.. please do not take ownership of the situation when i call your customer service #, and please at whatever cost, please do not make it my fault because in good faith i signed a piece of paper then was thrown another hearing “if you want to cancel, the numbers on this piece of paper” when the “piece of paper” is a contract,.. please do misinform me and not take ownership.. please make me feel american..
