So the last two weeks (except for a trip down, and a trip up) ive been using the stairs when i get to work, when im on a break, and lunch, and then at the end of the day. 5 floors. so, thats a total of ::thinks:: 40 times going each way.. i realized its got to be doing some good today when i weighed myself.. a whomping 230. (two weeks ago i was at 237, and last sunday 235), admitingly thou, i do weigh myself at the end of sundays and its only saturday morning.. but heres to hoping!!! week after next im gonna start a DDR schedule. and that should cut into the lbs like butter.. but today i march into the city to view the Museum of Modern art. so until next time.
